The Mission of the Alpha Omega House
Alpha Omega Housing is a 508 (c1A) nonprofit organization that provides safe, secure housing for female college students and traveling nurses in a community/sorority type setting. The purpose of Alpha Omega Housing is to engage with these students and nurses to encourage them to walk in their strengths and magnify their uniqueness in their faith and life as they step into their independence. We are addressing the homelessness and drop out rate of 1-2 year college students by keeping our rent affordable. We will also provide scholarships that covers 6 months rent for qualifying students to give them time to procure a job. We are understanding the importance of motivational interventions for great success.

Everyone applying for a bed in the Alpha Omega House must first complete a background check and have renters insurance. Our background checks go through Transunion/My Smart Move, the cost is 47$. You will be given the results for your records. Our State Farm connection is - www.sfjake.net
Step 1: Fill in your information and you will receive an email from Transunion/My Smart Move with complete instructions.
Step 2: Once your background check has been cleared you will be invited for an interview, a tour of the house, and to fill out a rental agreement should you decide to stay!
Step 3: Once approved for move in, proof of insurance will be required as well as first and last month's rent ( 800$ )
